Only one word is needed to describe Ragnarok, a up-and-coming band based in Souix Falls, South Dakota, HOT!!!  the members are hot, the music is hot, there isn't anything about this band that isn't hot!  

Ragnarok's History

Ragnarok wasn't Ragnarok in the beginning, they were known as Fire'n'Ice.  This group was created by Stacey, Andrea, and Michelle.  Fire'n'Ice was good, But they needed work.  An argument split the group, causing it to break up.  Stacey and Andrea still wanted to play music.  At the time they were coming up with their "Big Idea", Stacey Had met Allie.  Allie had played keyboard a good portion of her life.  here's her take on Playing "My mom, grandma, aunt, great-grandma, and great-aunt all played the keyboard. So when I wanted to pick up on it, I just had to ask. But after awhile I didn't like taking lessons, because I didn't like the way they did it. I wanted to do it my way, and apparently it worked."

Then the band became CML.  CML was started by 3 of the members, Stacey, Andrea, and Amanda (Allie).  Here's what a band member, Andrea,  has to say about their beginning:  "When we started, Me, Stacey, And Amanda...we all had big heads on how big we would get, we thought it would be a piece of cake,...but then once we started...we realized that it was a lot of hard work to even get started..and now we are really proud of ourselves for even getting this far "  CML later changed their name to Ragnarok. Now Ragnarok has 6 members.(click the names for info about that member.)  There's Andrea, the lead singer, Stacey, the drummer, Allie,  the keyboardist, Michelle,  a backup singer and guitarist,  Mike, another backup singer, and Steve, the other lead singer.   Combined, These 6 make up one of The Nation's best young bands, RAGNAROK.

"Ragnarok" (from Teutonic Mythology)- A great battle where the earth will be destroyed by fire. The human race will be re-created. During Ragnarok, a man & woman will take refuge in a forest and sleep through the battle. After the earth becomes fertile, the couple will awake and begin the new race of mankind. The new world, cleansed of evil and treachery, will endure forever (In short, the battle that will re-create mankind and bring peace and harmony to everyone on earth, or, the hope for a better future, free of evil)

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DOES RAGNAROK PLAY?

Here's what Allie has to say about the kind of music Ragnarok plays:"Our music is the kind of music that touches your heart in a special way. Some of our songs our romantic, even if they are upbeat. Like Solitary Juliet and Forgive and Forget. But the other ones are just cool, upbeat, fast songs."
